Our meetups follow a simple, high-impact 20/20/20 format:

  • 20 minutes – Presentation
    A focused topic, idea, or experience to spark thinking.
  • 20 minutes – Open Discussion
    This is where the magic happens. It quickly moves beyond Q&A into a collaborative brainstorming session, with participants building on each other's ideas in real time.
  • 20 minutes – Socializing
    Time to connect, share perspectives, and strengthen relationships across the community.

How We Run Each Week

We alternate formats to keep things dynamic and relevant:

  • Week 1: Presenter-Led Session
    A community member or guest shares insights, challenges, or lessons learned.
  • Week 2: Roundtable
    No slides. No agenda. Just real challenges.
    We start by asking: "Who has something they need help with?"
    Then we go round-robin and dive in together.

Why It Works

The structure is intentional, but the outcomes are organic.
You don't just listen. You contribute. You get unstuck. You help others do the same.
