Thanks for hosting an Open Service Community meetup. Here's a quick-reference checklist to help the session run smoothly.

We meet virtually twice weekly:

  • Midweek - Tuesday/Wed: 8 PM (ET) / 10 AM (AEST)
  • Fridays: 9 AM (ET) / 2 PM (BST)

Our sessions are:

  • Non-commercial (no sales pitches)
  • Peer-driven
  • Conversational in tone
  • Video-optional and Zoom-friendly

Our Format: Easy, Fun, and Focused

We keep things casual, but purposeful. Each session follows a 20/20/20 format:

  • 20 minutes: Speaker presentation (max talk time)
  • 20 minutes: Open floor discussion with the group
  • 20 minutes: Casual networking and conversation

Fridays

9 AM (ET) / 2 PM (BST)

Midweek

8 PM (ET) / 10 AM (AEST)
